Hooli accepts the return within 7 days of delivery of the order. The callback procedures are made directly through the system, in this order:
  1. Request for acceptance of the return.
  2. Approval of the request and sending the e-mail with the code of acceptance of the return.
  3. Shipment of the product to return along with the confirmation e-mail.
  4. Receipt of the package in our logistics center.
  5. Confirmation of receipt of the return in accordance with the request.
  6. Note of credit or refund issued in the name of the customer. If the request made by the customer is not complete or damaged internal reasons (such as an error of the quantities available on the site), this will immediately receive a credit note.
